- Small items- 1 inch to 12 inches
- Large items - 12 inches and above
1. Fill out the description area with the information on how you would like to design your item. Please to upload a photo of the product along with any other sample picture. Then place your order.
2. We’ll send you the shipping address and simple instructions for you to send your item.
3. Once we receive it, we’ll work our magic and personalize it with care.
4. Your finished piece will be shipped back to you, beautifully customized.

1. Only new, clean items will be accepted.
2. Personalization options may vary depending on the item.
3. Processing time begins once your item is received.

Return & Exchange:
- We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is only if the item was received damaged or incorrectly.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or products marked as "final sale" or gift cards.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
