Processing Time
- All our products are handmade with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you if your order takes longer to ship.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Free shipping on orders over $150US or equivalent to your currency.
Shipping Methods
We ship using Zipmail, Knutsford and ship directly from the business (D's Kreative Kraft). You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Available options include:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: To be notify!
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- Domestic (Jamaica): All 14 Parishes.
- International: Not shipping internationally currently.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your shipping provider for assistance.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. If the shipping information is incorrect, please contact us immediately through our live chat or at support@dskreativekraft.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
